EL MONTAINE（以下「当メゾン」といいます）は、お客様の個人情報を適切に取り扱うことが重要な責務であると考え、以下の方針に基づき個人情報を保護いたします。
1. 取得する情報
当メゾンは、以下の場合にお客様の個人情報を取得いたします。
- お誂えのご相談フォームをご送信いただいたとき（お名前、フリガナ、法人名・団体名、メールアドレス、電話番号、ご関心のある装い、お召しになる時期・場、ご要望）
- コレクションの閲覧をお申し込みいただいたとき（お名前、メールアドレス）
- メール、お電話等で直接お問い合わせいただいたとき
2. 利用目的
取得した個人情報は、以下の目的にのみ利用いたします。
- お問い合わせ・ご相談へのご回答、ご連絡
- お誂えに関するご提案、お打ち合わせ、制作および納品
- コレクション閲覧のための招待コードの発行およびご案内
- 当メゾンからのご案内の送付（ご希望のあった場合に限ります）
3. 第三者への提供
当メゾンは、法令に基づく場合を除き、お客様の同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供いたしません。
ただし、お誂えの制作にあたり、生地・附属品の調達先、および縫製を担う職人に対して、制作に必要な範囲でお客様の採寸情報等をお伝えする場合がございます。この場合も、お客様のお名前・ご連絡先が伴う形での提供はいたしません。
4. 業務委託
当メゾンは、以下の外部サービスを利用しております。これらのサービスにおける情報の取り扱いは、各社の定めるプライバシーポリシーに従います。
- Netlify, Inc.（米国）（本ウェブサイトの配信、フォーム送信の受付および保管）
- Brevo（Sendinblue SAS）（フランス）（メールの配信および顧客情報の管理）
- Google LLC（米国）（アクセス解析、Google Analytics）
現在、本ウェブサイト上でのお支払い機能はございません。お誂えのお支払い方法は、個別のお打ち合わせのうえご案内いたします。
これらのサービスの一部は、日本国外（米国およびフランス）で個人情報を取り扱います。フランスを含むEU加盟国は、個人情報保護委員会により日本と同等の水準にあると認められた国に該当します。米国のNetlify, Inc.およびGoogle LLCについては、各社の定める契約条件に基づき、適切な安全管理措置が講じられていることを確認しております。
5. Cookie等の利用
本ウェブサイトは、閲覧体験を保つ目的で、ブラウザの保存領域を利用しております。開始画面の演出を同一訪問中に繰り返し表示しないための記録は、ブラウザの一時的な保存領域（sessionStorage）に置かれ、ブラウザを閉じると破棄されます。コレクション閲覧時の認証状態は、有効期限付きの署名付きトークンとして、ブラウザの保存領域（localStorage）に最長7日間保持されます。このトークンにはお客様のメールアドレスそのものは含まれず、復元できない形に変換された値のみが記録されるため、お客様個人を直接特定する情報は含みません。
また、本ウェブサイトはアクセス解析のためGoogle Analyticsを利用しております。ページ下部の確認画面にて「同意する」を選択いただいた場合に限り、Cookieを通じて閲覧状況等の情報がGoogle LLCに送信され、同社のプライバシーポリシーに基づき処理されます。同意いただかない場合、これらの情報は送信されません。同意の有無は、次回以降の確認画面表示を省略するため、ブラウザの保存領域（localStorage）に記録されます。
本ウェブサイトでは、広告目的でのCookieの利用および第三者へのデータ提供は行っておりません。
6. 安全管理
当メゾンは、お預かりした個人情報について、漏えい、滅失または毀損の防止その他の安全管理のために必要かつ適切な措置を講じます。
7. 開示・訂正・削除のご請求
お客様ご本人から、個人情報の開示、訂正、利用停止または削除のご請求があった場合、ご本人であることを確認のうえ、法令に従い速やかに対応いたします。下記の連絡先までお申し付けください。
なお、開示のご請求につきましては、法令に定める範囲内で、実費を勘案した相当の手数料を申し受ける場合がございます。
8. 本方針の変更
当メゾンは、必要に応じて本方針を変更することがございます。変更後の内容は、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じるものといたします。

EL MONTAINE (“the maison”) regards the proper handling of your personal information as a serious responsibility, and protects it in accordance with the policy set out below.
1. Information We Collect
We collect personal information in the following circumstances:
- When you submit the commission enquiry form (name, name in kana, company or organisation, email address, telephone number, robe of interest, intended date and occasion, and your notes)
- When you request access to the collection (name and email address)
- When you contact us directly by email or telephone
2. Purpose of Use
Information collected is used solely for the following purposes:
- Responding to and corresponding about your enquiry
- Proposals, consultations, making and delivery of a commissioned garment
- Issuing and sending an invitation code for viewing the collection
- Sending news from the maison, only where you have requested it
3. Disclosure to Third Parties
We do not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
In the course of making a commissioned garment, measurements and related details may be shared with our material suppliers and the artisans undertaking the work, only to the extent necessary. Your name and contact details are not shared in this way.
4. Service Providers
We use the following external services. Information handled by them is subject to each provider’s own privacy policy.
- Netlify, Inc. (United States) (website hosting, form submissions, and record-keeping)
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) (France) (email delivery and customer records)
- Google LLC (United States) (web analytics, Google Analytics)
This website does not currently offer any payment feature. Payment for a commission is arranged individually, during consultation.
Some of these providers process personal information outside Japan, in the United States and France. EU member states, including France, are recognised by Japan’s Personal Information Protection Commission as maintaining a data protection standard equivalent to Japan’s. For Netlify, Inc. and Google LLC in the United States, we have confirmed that appropriate security safeguards are in place under the terms of our agreements with each provider.
5. Cookies and Local Storage
This website uses your browser’s storage to preserve the browsing experience. The record that prevents the opening sequence from repeating during a single visit is kept in your browser’s temporary storage (sessionStorage) and is discarded when you close your browser. Access to the collection is instead remembered using a signed, time-limited token kept in your browser’s storage (localStorage) for up to 7 days. This token does not contain your email address itself, only a value derived from it that cannot be reversed, and it does not directly identify you personally.
This website also uses Google Analytics for web analytics. Only if you select “Accept” on the notice shown at the bottom of the page will information about your browsing be sent, via cookies, to Google LLC and processed under its own privacy policy. If you do not consent, this information is not sent. Your choice is recorded in your browser’s local storage so that the notice is not shown again on later visits.
We do not use cookies for advertising, and we do not provide data to third parties for that purpose.
6. Security
We take appropriate and necessary measures to prevent the loss, destruction or unauthorised disclosure of the personal information entrusted to us.
7. Access, Correction and Deletion
Should you wish to access, correct, suspend the use of, or delete your personal information, we will verify your identity and respond promptly in accordance with applicable law. Please contact us at the address below.
A reasonable fee reflecting our actual costs may be charged for access requests, within the limits set by applicable law.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this policy as necessary. Any revision takes effect from the time it is published on this page.
